Nutrition information

Our meal plans and recipes aren't designed with any nutritional or medical needs in mind, but if tracking macros and micros (calories, protein, fat, etc.) is important to you, you are welcome to switch off this option.

How to see nutrition information

View the data by opening up a meal or recipe and tapping the nutrition info icon (shown below) located under the name and description.

For meals with multiple components, the nutrition information will include a serving breakdown showing the amounts of each individual component included in the serving. Serving sizes are merely guidelines.

How to turn off nutrition information

  • Go to your Account (you can find this by tapping the three horizontal lines ☰ in the top right corner of your screen, then scrolling down to My Stuff)
  • Under Preferences, uncheck Show nutrition information in recipes
  • Tap the blue Save button
  • Refresh your browser on a recipe and you should no longer see the nutrition information icon.
