How to see nutrition information

The meal plans and recipes aren't designed with any nutritional or medical needs in mind, but if tracking macros and micros (calories, protein, fat, etc.) is important to you, optional nutrition information is available.


There are two steps to seeing nutrition information.

1. First, you must activate nutrition information. 


Here’s how:

  • Go to your Account (you can find this by tapping the three horizontal lines ☰ in the top right corner of your screen, then scrolling down to My Stuff)
  • Under Preferences, check Show nutrition information in recipes
  • Tap the blue Save button


2. Once you’ve activated nutrition info, you can then view the data by opening up a meal or recipe and tapping the Nutrition info button (shown below) located under the name and description.


For meals with multiple components, the nutrition information will include a serving breakdown showing the amounts of each individual component included in the serving. Serving sizes are merely guidelines.
