Adjusting servings in meal plans and the Magic Meal Planner
It’s easy to adjust your servings to make exactly as much as you want.
From the Meals tab on a meal plan or the Plan tab on Magic Meal Plans, each meal can be scaled up to 16 servings (scaling to "0" in the meal plans indicates you want to skip that meal). Scaling automatically adjusts the corresponding grocery list and component recipes.
You can even increase the yield for individual components or remove some altogether. For example, if your meal consists of a soup and salad, but you only want the soup, you can remove the salad completely.
Or, if you’re like Team Dirty and you always want extra sauce, you can increase the yield on just the sauce component without affecting other recipes. Tap the Remove or Make more buttons underneath the component recipe photo in your meal or Batching recipe list.
If you accidentally increase your yield too much, you can click the Make less button to lower it again (you won’t be able to lower your yield below the default for your set servings).
There are some recipe components that don't have the option to remove or make more. This is because removing or changing them would create errors in other parts of your plan or meal.
