Standards and conversions
Our magical in-house recipe developers, (AKA Wizards) do their absolute best to write clear and easy-to-understand recipe instructions. However, with a global customer base, there will always be room for interpretation. We’ve included the answers to commonly asked questions about standards, conversions, and scaling here.

Muffin and cupcake pans
The standard muffin or cupcake pans we use measure 15 inches / 38 cm in length by 11 inches / 28 cm in width and 1 inch / 2.5cm in depth.
They have 12 wells that measure 3 inches / 7.5 cm in width at the top, 2 inches / 5 cm in width at the bottom and are 1 inch / 2.5 cm deep.
Instant Pot pressure
Older Instant Pot models have a single “manual” pressure setting, while newer models have more than one pressure option for manual cooking. If your model has multiple pressure settings, use the "high" pressure setting unless otherwise specified in the recipe.
