Following a meal plan: breakfast and lunch
While the meal plan meals are typically eaten as dinners, you should always feel free to do what works best for you and eat them whenever you’d like. We’ve seen our members devour soup for breakfast! It’s easy to prepare extras to use as leftovers for other meals.
If you really love a plan, but you also want to plan for breakfast, lunch, or extras, you can add meal plan meals to your Magic Meal Planner. Just open the plan, click on the meal you want, and then click the “Add Recipe to Meal Planner” button under the meal description. Then, choose which Magic Meal Plan to add the meal to or create a new custom plan. After you pick your plan, you can assign which day and meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner, or extra) you’d like to have the meal.
You can do the same for individual components of the meal. Those buttons are blue.
